Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an error this morning on all of my dashboards (see below). Has anyone seen this before and might know of a solution? This has happened a couple times within the past month but it's usually fixed by the afternoon. I'm the administrator at my org so my next step is to open a support ticket.
Any ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!
In my experience this means that there was an error with last night's data load. It has happened to us from time to time. Best to put in a ticket so they know it is happening and can fix it. It has always worked the next day for us, but I think they need to that this is happening.
I've also seen this when trying to use "custom javascript" in the script editor that was not quite right.
We got the same errors in Analytics after a recent upgrade to 15.1.3. I don't know if the upgrade was a factor but after each of two weekly full loads the same thing happened. Support said it had something to do with a RAMP server. As of this week it seems to be fixed.
We are having this issue as well - were you able to find a solution? Curious how this came to a resolution.

There are a number of causes to this type of issue. A support ticket is very likely called for. Specifically, if you are using RAMP.
Thanks Tom. We've put in a support ticket and haven't heard anything for three days, so I'm trying to find how others have overcome this.
So, it turns out we needed to restart ElasticubeManagementservice on our Analytics server and re-run the full data load. Everything went back to normal.
