Hi friends!
I'm hoping you might be able to help my solve my issue before I open a TASK ticket. We've created a few dashboards to report on our subscription revenue, broken out by renewals and acquisitions. However, for one specific widget, it looks like some constituents are showing up twice, in two separate categories. See screenshot.
I checked their order and they only have one source, which points to our Subscription - Renewal appeal category, so I'm puzzled as to why they are showing up in the acquisition category as well. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to solve?
Thanks in advance! I'm happy to provide more detail if needed!
Hi KariIs there any chance you could share this dashboard? I am currently trying to set one up but am struggling to do so and your dashboard looks very helpful.Look forward to hearing from you.ThanksRachel
Hi Rachel! What type of dashboard are you trying to create? Just want to make sure I send you the right one!
Hi KariI'm trying to create a dashboard which will show in numbers who are our new subscribers, who have renewed from the previous year, who have not renewed their subscription. Also I am not sure if it is possible but I am looking for away to see how many patrons have renewed their subscriptions year on year? Thanks so much for your help, it's really appreciated!
Rachel,
See attached for the dashboard! I added some text to explain what it's doing, but let me know if you have any questions! Hope it helps you get started! We're only one year on Tessitura, so I don't have anything for year over year reporting on this dashboard, just new versus new for now!

Thanks KariI'll check it out and let you know how I go with it!

Hi HealthThanks for the advice, i'll give it a go now. Also sadly I missed your webinar yesterday, is there any way of listening to it, was it recorded? Im especially interested in subscriber renewals, retention etc. Thanks again for your help!
It was recorded but I think that only the TessNetwork bits get posted. I'll upload my slide show or you can view it here https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1bJZYCG_xPeVE2PnvSRBsVtmUoh8TMxOr7euIWbNL3UY/edit?usp=sharing
It should be enough to get you started and I'll be happy to run it again some time
Brilliant, thank you Heath
