I'm hoping you might be able to help my solve my issue before I open a TASK ticket. We've created a few dashboards to report on our subscription revenue, broken out by renewals and acquisitions. However, for one specific widget, it looks like some constituents are showing up twice, in two separate categories. See screenshot.
I checked their order and they only have one source, which points to our Subscription - Renewal appeal category, so I'm puzzled as to why they are showing up in the acquisition category as well. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way to solve?

Did you check the subline transactions of the order to ensure the source code is the same there?

I just checked and the source code is the same for all the subline transactions (and it's the same as the order source)
