Hi all,
Is there an option to display all rows, including empty ones, in pivot tables in Analytics? I used this all the time in T-Stats so that I could see all our funds, even the ones that hadn't received any gifts yet for the year, but I can't seem to find the same option in Analytics. Essentially, I'd like to display all active funds in alphabetical order and the total contribution amount and number of contributions, with a date filter for the contribution amount and number of contributions. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Hey Leslie,
I do believe in order for something to show, there has to be data. We had a fund that wasn't showing for the current season. We put a fake $1 pledge to it and it showed up the next day. I'd be intrigued though to see if anyone has found a way yet.

This is something that has been a challenge here as well. I was hoping if I had a goal entered for the fund and that was one of my columns it would make them show up but it does not. I'm thinking I'm going to enter it as an enhancement request.
Yeah, I tried pulling in Fund ID and weeks since campaign start on the theory that maybe that would make all the funds show up, but it did not. This is, unfortunately, a pretty critical feature in T-stats for our monthly reporting. Looks like it might be time to build a custom report!
I found something strange related to this: one of my funds doesn't have a goal amount set (and no donations either), and it is showing up. I found that to be really weird since another fund with a goal amount but no donations yet is not showing up. Any ideas why that is?
Did it by chance have a gift entered and then adjusted to $0?
I don't think we did. On the other fund row that isn't showing up, we did enter and then adjust a gift to zero at some point to verify that was the issue with it not showing up, and the row is not showing up anymore now that it's adjusted back to zero.
