Hi All - We need a report that will show increase/decrease of new donors that were solely ticket purchasers. I have looked everywhere, and there is not a criteria for first gift. Someone must have a dashboard or report that would give this information. I am going to try an extraction and see what happens.
Criteria - ticket purchaser, first gift FY19 compared to same time period FY20.
OR
No donation past 3 years, ticket purchaser, new gift FY19, compared to same tome FY20
We do have appeals - ticket add on and pre-sale memberships which would count in that process, but we also want to show people who have purchased tickets and then went on to give a gift that year regardless of how the gift came in.

Hi Angela,With regard to finding out the first gift criteria, there is an Output Set Element (at least, post v14.1 upgrade, I believe) Group called First 5 Contributions that would allow you to see the Amount, Appeal, Campaign, Channel, Date, Designation, Fund, Media Type, and Received Amount for the first 5 contributions recorded to a patron's account.If you already have a List built of ticket purchasers with gifts in FY19 and FY20, running it against an Output Set with some of that First 5 Contributions information might help you narrow down to people whose first gift ever came during the prior fiscal year. And once you have that new List, you could mark it to work as an Analytics filter and visualize some data there.On the side where you're wanting to find people without donations in the last 3 years, there is also an Output Set Element Group called Last 5 Contributions and you could potentially add those to an Output Set as well to find out who hasn't given in that period but has given more recently.Hopefully, this helps as a starting point.Thank you,Brian
