Happy Tuesday!
I'm wondering if anyone has any examples or ideas of ways to visually cue Tess users that a constituent record (household or individual) is a 'top account' - whether that be in purchases, donations, etc.
Thanks!
Can you build a Tessitura List to find these folks?
If so you can use the Tessitura Manage Constituency Utility / Report.
Create the List as a Dynamic List. (It updates every time it is used.) Schedule the Report to use the list to put a special constituency on each of your "Top Accounts" in Tessitura. This will show a constituency code that your Tess Users can use as their cue.
My $0.02.
When was the "Manage Constituency Utility" added? I could swear that I looked for one a couple of years ago and did not find one. Any chance this is new-ish? Or am I just blind?
the "Manage Constituency Utility" (can i call it MCU and not get sued?) is on speed dial for me. I use it on dynamic lists to segment my database overnight into New/Returning Subs/Single Ticket Buyers etc. It makes pulling lists for marketing or segmenting for analytics easy. I'd be lost without it
John A. Moskal II You are amazing. I'd have to say this might be one of your few blind spots. I feel like it's been there since at least 2013 and likely for quite a while before then. It very similar to the Manage Attribute Report. (Which is also very useful.)
Thank you Tom for that compliment! I certainly try to maintain current knowledge. But I will admit to more than a few blind spots (in Tessitura and especially in life). Either way though, I shall find this to be IMMENSELY useful, so thank you for this.
And I have no problem confirming that you, too, are amazing!
