I'm wondering if anyone has any examples or ideas of ways to visually cue Tess users that a constituent record (household or individual) is a 'top account' - whether that be in purchases, donations, etc.

If you are able to construct a custom Header in InfoMaker, you can have a colored box or text, or animated graphic, or whatever, appear based on almost any criteria, e.g. we have an animated "$" graphic appear in our headers when the PLI rank is below a certain value.
Yes, this! A few years ago, I had to create a text scroll that flashed colors (don't ask!), because an executive wanted to label specific accounts in a way that everyone would notice. It was kind of fun, actually
Yes! We added an icon for our Rewards program that's triggered by an attribute value, so users don't need to go digging into Attributes.
