Happy Tuesday!
I'm wondering if anyone has any examples or ideas of ways to visually cue Tess users that a constituent record (household or individual) is a 'top account' - whether that be in purchases, donations, etc.
Thanks!
Can you build a Tessitura List to find these folks?
If so you can use the Tessitura Manage Constituency Utility / Report.
Create the List as a Dynamic List. (It updates every time it is used.) Schedule the Report to use the list to put a special constituency on each of your "Top Accounts" in Tessitura. This will show a constituency code that your Tess Users can use as their cue.
My $0.02.
Thanks - not quite what I need. I'm looking for a visual cue so that when a Tess user accesses the individual or household constituent record they have a quick 'a-ha!' and recognize the constituent as a VIP. Perhaps for our CSRs or our development associates who may not have the relationship.
This is what the constituent header looks like, perhaps the visual is helpful! On the right, we wanted our staff to quickly know who has been a 5-year member (from the time we opened until now), so we added the 'Yes! 5-YR Inaugural MBR' to make this clear. It shows up right in the header, so super fast flag (even for those who don't know 'where' to look).
Smart! I'll add this to the idea list. Thanks!
