Happy Tuesday!
I'm wondering if anyone has any examples or ideas of ways to visually cue Tess users that a constituent record (household or individual) is a 'top account' - whether that be in purchases, donations, etc.
Thanks!
Can you build a Tessitura List to find these folks?
If so you can use the Tessitura Manage Constituency Utility / Report.
Create the List as a Dynamic List. (It updates every time it is used.) Schedule the Report to use the list to put a special constituency on each of your "Top Accounts" in Tessitura. This will show a constituency code that your Tess Users can use as their cue.
My $0.02.
I agree with Tom! We do something a bit like that here. We created a list, applied an attribute, and then have that attribute show in the constituent header (and quicksale header) so that our ticketing agents know, at a glace, who is a 'top' account.
Thanks. Trying to avoid a constituency or an attribute. Another department in my org uses many attributes, so I try to stray from attributes. Not all departments maintain their constituencies, so an icon or a color would be clutch.
Got it! just saw this reply after I replied on the other comment haha!
I am thinking that, you could add an Icon into the header, but you would still have to instruct Tessitura somehow to know when to show the icon or not (I think the ''easiest" way to really do this is through an Attribute or Constituency, but I might be totally wrong). Looking forward to seeing what others might have to say :)
