Has anyone else ever gotten an error on scheduled reports that says "datawindow was invalid or could not be found?"
Any help you can provide will be appreciated. Screenshot attached.
Hi Ashley,
There are a few different things that can cause that error to be thrown. The main ones we see are if there is an existing report schedule where the user who created the schedule isn't active or doesn't belong to the same user group they did when they created the schedule. We'll also see that error on Infomaker reports that need to be migrated to the most recent version of Tessitura. Usually, you can find more information on the error looking at the TPS ReportScheduler Logs.
If none of those apply to your report or if you'd like some help in taking a look at all of that, go ahead and open up a Supper ticket (https://hello.tessituranetwork.com/dashboard) and the Support Team can help take a closer look.
Thanks. I do have a ticket open. I will update that ticket with further questions.
Can anyone explain to me why some of the reports listed in my screenshot are grayed out? Clearly the ones in red are the ones that are failing. The ones in black seem to be the successfully sent reports. What do the grey lines represent? Are those also failures?
Hi Ashley. The Black (successful) and Grey (failed) lines are the names and details of the reports. The failed Grey lines also have Red Text below them indicating the error response. So Grey and Red are a package deal.
Thank you!
I appreciate the fact that I can always find help here in the forums.
Alexandria,
Am I able to set up an alert to be triggered when scheduled reports fail?
Always happy to be able to help
