I'm creating some ticketing dashboards and have noticed that the "Holds Available As of" widget works fine for performances without the "GA Best Seating Map" indicator checked for their facility. When a performance is on a facility with that indicator checked, the Holds Available widget doesn't work nor can I use holds in any filters.
Has anyone else noticed this? Have you found a work-around? We use holds to limit inventory in GA houses, so a couple analytic widgets, like "Total Available Seats" are pretty useless without the availability to filter out holds.
Yes, we have seen a similar situation with holds codes and GA houses. We put a ticket in on this. I'm on Tessitura V15.0.4. I don't remember if this has been solved and is already available in a current service pack or if this is something that the development team is still working on. In either case, I Invite you to put in a support ticket on this in order for the development team to have more examples. And so that the support team can determine if this is exactly the same problem I've submitted or if you have found something new. Please let us know how you fare.

A little late on my update. I'm seeing the same bug you did, Tom and there is still no fix available.
It is now my understanding that this is a known bug.
