Hi All,
I'm building a dashboard to display the historical giving by FY of a group we consider to be our Major Donors. I have three donors whose giving is through partial or full soft credit. Two of these individuals have a separate charitable trust I can include in the values filter I built to isolate the Major Donors. One of these donors has soft credits through a community foundation that many of our patrons utilize in their giving. If I isolate by the community foundation's constituent id, I would be pulling in the gift records of 20+ individuals who are not designated as our Major Donors.
Any ideas or tricks for pulling in a soft credit?
Thanks!
Hi Angela - Did you come up with a way to include soft credits in your Analytics dashboard?ThanksJess LevySan Francisco Opera
Hi Jess! Unfortunately - no. My Major Donors dashboard will exist outside of Tessitura until they include soft credits.
I am bumping this thread. Any chance that there will be an enhancement to Analytics coming that would include Soft Credits?
Nicole
Hi Nicole,
Yes, currently describing this as being on the cusp of 16.0.0 in that I'm trying to include it, but if it doesn't make the cut, then very soon after.
+1 here & Chris Wallingford
Bumping this. Hope this feature comes soon. Would love to be able to pull in attributes and other constituent data from soft creditees.
Just adding my vote to pull soft credits into Analytics. I am just getting started with Analytics and this is an absolute must for our organization

The lack of SC's is one reason we didn't stick with T-Stats nearly a decade ago. I'm kind of shocked it's still not included, to this day.
We often run the risk of double counting when adding soft credits, unless the gift comes from a DAF.
I completely understand that. I would like to be able to pull in the soft credit at the constituent level
+1 here as well!
