Hello,
We are trying to set up a pivot table that shows the following (we have the first four working, but the last one is stumping me):
Performance code
Price Type
Total Attended Count
Total Ticket Paid Amount
Total Tickets Purchased
We do a lot of free events, so knowing how many tickets were "purchased" vs. how many actually attended, and at which price type (which is tied to our membership levels, so they get used even for free events) would be very helpful. I've tried adding another value, but everything that seems like it should work is giving me the same numbers as attended. Has anyone else figured this out?
I am having a similar issue, where I get the same number in Ticket Count as Attended, even though I know the Tickets distributed is much higher than the Attended number. We do mostly free tickets. I am trying to compare within Price Type Categories and days, and can't get what I need. I used the Test .dash file posted here and added it to my dashboard, which did work. But I can't separate by day and Price Type Category. Here is a screenshot what I was given to recreate. It shows the type of information I need, but any layout is fine. The first Widget is what I was working with.

Hi Tony Gaughan-Palombi, I imported your dashboard and was able to get it to work by disabling your date widget filter and inserting fiscal year and season filters for the widget instead. I think the issue is you're using attended date there and so you're only going to see data for tickets that were attended. Maybe try perf date instead?
Well look at that! It was the Attended Date Widget filter. Thanks a lot, Amy!
You are most welcome!
