Hello,
We are trying to set up a pivot table that shows the following (we have the first four working, but the last one is stumping me):
Performance code
Price Type
Total Attended Count
Total Ticket Paid Amount
Total Tickets Purchased
We do a lot of free events, so knowing how many tickets were "purchased" vs. how many actually attended, and at which price type (which is tied to our membership levels, so they get used even for free events) would be very helpful. I've tried adding another value, but everything that seems like it should work is giving me the same numbers as attended. Has anyone else figured this out?
Hi Anne. For Total tickets purchased use "Total Ticket Count" to get the total number of tickets issued. If you search for "ticket count" it comes up.
That's giving me the same numbers as as "total attended count" on every performance, and I know they aren't the same.
Have you tried right clicking on it, and changed sum to count all? That has helped me in a couple of instances.
Or is it possible every ticket for this performance was marked as attended? Are you scanning at the door?
I just tried changing sum to count all and my numbers didn't change at all.
The image shows a few different performances and we definitely did not have 100% attendance rate at them. We use NSCAN at the door. Our attendance by performance reports show the number bought vs. the number attended correctly, so I know the information is in there somewhere.
One more guess - when were these performances? Is it possible your Analytics incremental load hasn't been running since and the data just isn't up to date with the attendance info in there? If it's not that then I'm stumped. :( Sorry!
These performances were in July and August, so the analytics load should be in there. I'll see if anyone else has any ideas and if not then I'll put in a ticket. Thanks for your ideas!
Can you upload the .DASH file to this comment string? I'll take a look at the dashboard to make sure it looks right to me.

Here's the .dash file. The pivot table is the first widget.
Hey Anne,
I removed all the filters you had for the widget and then disabled the Calendar Month Name row and all my numbers worked. Here is my edited file.

Thank you! That did it!
Huzzah! I'm glad that fixed it for you.
