I am looking for an indicator on how many tickets we have to sell per week for ongoing producation sales.
Eg from today we have to sell 500 tickets per week to be able to reach budget at 10 000 tickets at last sales date 15 december 2019.
Anyone who has done something similiar to this?
Thanks,
Josefin

Are you putting your budget amount for each performance on each performance in Tessitura? This can be a bunch of work.
I think that would be the first step. (If not try this on just a single performance. Then wait for a Tessitura Analytics refresh.) See if you can see a budget amount for that performance.
Then you might try to work with a calculated formula value that is useful for you. I don't have the formula screen in front of me right now. But it would be something like (budget - paid reserved) / (the difference between the current date and performance date) . There may be an easier way. I hope others jump in here.

The other thing that comes to mind is that ticket sales are not linear from week to week. Depending on if you have a subscription and single ticket on-sales. You will get a non-limier relationship.
The image below from an Eventbrite posting is exaggerated but indicative of the rate of daily sales over time.

If it turns out that this is difficult to do in Tessitura Analytics. JCA's RMA specializes in this type of graphing.
