Hello,
I'm working on customizing the default Fundraising Progress dashboard for a specific campaign. However, it appears that multiple widgets are miscounting the number of plans, which is vastly inflating all of my numbers. Each constituent only has one plan for this campaign, but I'm seeing up to 25 plans listed for a single constituent (with goal amounts correspondingly inflated), even after applying the campaign filter to the whole dashboard. As an example, see the attached screenshot of a pivot that is supposed to show the status, ask amount, etc. for each constituent. You will see the number of plans for some is very high, but when I change the filter to "count unique", it changes the number of plans to 1 each but does not change the other numbers. Please advise.
What does your criteria on the left look like?
They're donor names. I didn't include them for privacy reasons, but theoretically there should be one plan for every donor, with ask and goal amounts to match. for example, the donor in the second row below only has one plan with $1m goal amount, but as you can see here, it looks like he has 9 plans with a $9m goal amount. This pattern is being repeated in other widgets that use the Plans Cube, so my numbers are way higher than they should be.
And what do your rose and values look like? Do they look like this?
They look like this, but I already tried switching it to unique plans and it didn't change any of the other numbers (other than # of plans). Also if there's only one plan per donor, why should it need to be on unique plans?
Yeah, might be a TASK ticket. I have mine set up the same way and I'm only getting one plan per constituent.
