• Who prepares (or would prepare) the forecasting?
• What type of models/techniques are you using (would you use)?
• How much historical data is (would be) needed for a "reliable" forecasting?
• Who uses (would use) the forecasting?
• What information is (would be) important to the business users who get the forecasted values (for example % precision and confidence level)?
• What decisions are being (would be) made based on the forecasting?
