I missed something during my presentation

Hi everyone,

To those on the call today who saw my portion, I failed to mention how I got guests to populate that were on payment plan. That is an excellent question and one I meant to address but totally forgot to add.

At this time, the actual payment plans functionality is not part of analytics. You have to do a little widget filter to make this happen. To do that, you click on the plus sign for the widget filter once you've opened the widget to edit. Search for "ticket unpaid amount" and add that. You will than use "values" and a value of greater than one cent (image below). You could also do this as a filter on the entire dashboard if you'd like. In my scenario, I have my Finance widget looking at all orders and their transactions.

Hopefully that helps answer that analytics unicorn magic I was able to make happen. This is how much fun analytics is. You get to find ways to make it report on things that aren't available as data elements.
