Hi folks, We want to examine trends in our sales of Gift Certificates - by time period, amount, redemption rate, etc. The GC Listing report has great info but doesn't include cards with no balance. We have a customized report that includes all cards but doesn't supply any data beyond the total income within a given time period and transaction count. Is anyone else exploring this via custom reports you might share or via Analytics? We're on RAMP, btw.
