I have a custom report that I recently inactivated, but need to reactivate for a short time, but I can't figure out how to do this in version 15 with Report Setup being integrated into the Tessitura application. Can someone help with this? I can't seem to find an answer in any documentation. Thanks!

There isn't a way to do it v15. I had to do it through sql using gooesoft_report and setting the inactive column from Y to N.

Maybe I'm in an unusual/lucky position.
We're on v15.0.5 and TNEW. Whilst control of reports has been integrated into the main application, the Report Setup app is still available, allowing you to view all reports, not just active ones. Well, it is for us, anyway!

I think you're just lucky. Report Setup is no longer available for me in RAMP.
