Reporting on unseated, unpaid orders

Hello!

We are in the middle of our subscription renewal season, and we are often frustrated with the lack of reporting we have available because of our business practices. For 8 weeks, we have orders that are partially paid and/or unseated. I am wondering if others out there have found ways to provide more insight under these business practices?

I am able to successfully report on revenue received, but the challenging part is reporting ticket numbers for multiple categories:

- Full Packages

- Individual Add-on events when a Full Package is purchased

- Flex Packages

We also have rollover orders in the mix. Any insight in Analytics or SQL to achieve this goal would be very helpful.

Thank you!

  • Because this is very specific to each org (as you mentioned) and without getting to detailed, I can tell you what I would do for building a report. I would use sli_status along with at least a 1 dollar paid to the order. From there you can pretty much whatever you want. Count seats, report on expected vs actuals, etc, etc.
