Does anyone know if there is a way for Analytics to show appeals with no orders associated with it? It would be helpful for our reporting not only to show the success of appeals in terms of # of orders, but also to show appeals that were unsuccessful and did not translate into any sales.

Currently, you can not see appeals without transactions in Analytics. We understand this would be very useful and we're working on it in Tessitura version 16.
