Hi, I would like to see the different payment methods used for a whole production, over the year.
I can't seem to find a report for the production level. Ideally I would prefer not to select each single performance by using the Payments by Performance report. Any alternative ideas?

You could try the Income by Payment Method report. I can't remember off the top of my head if it shows the same output, but it has the option to include a List, so you could select your performances in bulk that way. That might be an option for you!

You can do it in Analytics pretty easily but I don't think it's possible to do it with reporting. I've got a dashboard I used for this also separating by fiscal Year/Month
I wrote a report that splits out Payment Methods on a line by line level incl. Fees, Contributions and Prod Season.

Hello Pauline. The standard Payments by Performance report will allow you to report by Production Season if you select (none) for the performance. You can further filter by performance start and end dates if you like, but those parameters are optional as well.
