I have copied the _Constituents dashboard and added a column so that it shows recent contributions for our development team. As I'm re-reading documentation I realized that my users cannot save a list from the new jump-to that I've created....WHY?! In order to see the information that they want in Analytics and also be able to save to a list they have to download it as a CSV, delete all the information except constituent IDs and then import. This seems clunky and unnecessary. Here's the documentation: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Content/Tessitura%20Analytics/Sharing%20and%20Printing/Save%20to%20List.htm Is there some way to make a jump-to dashboard other than the pre-built _Constituents that can still save to a list?
Hi Madeline,
The intention with the _Constituents dashboard is that it be used as a jump to target on any dashboard widget from which you might want to save a list. So with a widget that lists constituents and their recent contributions, you might set that widget to have a Grand Total and a jump to target of _Constituents. Then clicking the Grand Total opens the _Constituents dashboard with all constituents from your widget, and allows for the action of saving those constituents to a list.
The save to list feature is only available from a dashboard named exactly, "_Constituents". I will say, though not documented... intentionally... it's possible to add fields to the _Constituents dashboards, or to build your own _Constituents dashboards. Multiple dashboards can have the same name so long as they are in different folders - although that can make picking the correct one more difficult:
Either way, there are additional requirements for the _Constituents dashboard to work properly when saving to a list:

Thanks Chris Wallingford! We went ahead and made a jump to for my jump to and that worked perfectly. I appreciate your response!
