Has anyone applied the new Seat Purge Utility?
Reading the list of records deleted in T_ORDER_SEAT_HIST, I'm curious about seats/orders/records that have no payment associated with them (i.e., the seat/ticket was complimentary). We don't have staff with SQL abilities, and no ability to check "event codes" that are listed in the docmentation (2-printed, 22-attended, 25-payment adjust, 26-payment paid, 27-payment unpaid). Probably 25% of the time, tickets are not printed.
It would be great to hear if anyone has used the utility and any words of caution. Thanks!
