Is it possible to pull Ticket History into Analytics?

Our groups have only been Live in Tessitura for about 4 years so we really loved that we could get ticket history reporting in T-Stats. We're just now starting to use Analytics and cannot seem to figure out how to do it there, though. Any tips/hints welcome. And if this just isn't possible, I'd love to hear any workarounds you know of?

  • Hi Mindy, Take a look at the "T_DEFAULTS Entries for Tessitura Analytics" section of Tessitura v15 documentation.  You can import ticket history via a T_DEFAULTs parameter:

    Include Imported Tkt History When set to Yes, imported ticket history (i.e. ticket history imported from a legacy system which does not have Tessitura ticket orders) is included in the data warehouse load and will be available in Tessitura Analytics. Note that only imported history stored in the standard ticket history table (T_TICKET_HISTORY) can be included in Tessitura Analytics; organizations that went live on Tessitura prior to the introduction of the standard ticket history in v12.0 might not have imported ticket history in the T_TICKET_HISTORY table.

    Thank you so much. Good grief I feel stupid. Of course it's a configurable setting. I forgot to go back and re-read the documentation before asking the forums (to be fair, you all on the forums are much more fun to interact with than the documentation [no offense intended, documentation team - you all are great, too)
