Hey everyone,
Has anyone built a gift certificate dashboard yet that I could take a look at? I've created a basic pivot table....but I can't seem to get any of our gift certificates rolled over last year as part of implementation to show. The only thing that shows for those gift certificates is their use in a different account, not their "import" into Tessitura into the holding account we created.
