Hi there,
I'm getting asked by marketing for a season comparison Days Prior to close (or open). I've got Days after onsale set up with 1st MOS as the start but during the season sales velocity is hard to compare. Sales prior to performance also gives a skewed view for predictions. Are there any thoughts on a way to measure cumulative sales relative to an in-season event like open or close.
Cheers,
Heath
Hi Heath,
Maybe a Line Chart on Order Date > Fiscal Week of Year, with Season in the Break By, filtered to the seasons you're interested in.
Best,Chris

Thanks Chris. I was chatting with John Jakovich and it looks to be a bit complex. As we have different sales timings I'm interested in lining up the final performance (Max Perf_no) for predictions. The team here have a difficult time getting used to Fiscal Week of Year with it's wrap-around sales curve if the start and end date are on separate years.
