Hey everyone,
We're very new Analytics users and are still getting to grips with it all, and are having problems sharing dashboards. Before logging a TASK ticket, I just wanted to see if there was something obvious I'm missing...!
I've been through all our security permissions and think I've given the correct viewing rights to all the groups and divisions that need them. I've been through the Analytics setup guides a second time, but couldn't find anything specifically related to sharing there. I've also told everyone to log into Analytics once first, as they won't be visible to the person doing the sharing until they have.
it's been a few days and I feel like I've tried everything. Any suggestions welcome!

We ran into the same issue. The last hurdle for us was making sure that everyone had an email address assigned in the security module.

I think those are the big three. If all three of those criteria are met, I would open a TASK ticket.

Can I just clarify Chris - are we talking about the same user groups that are accessed via the security application, or do we need to create new Analytics-specific ones? And what makes them 'shared'?

My apologies....yes...I am referencing the user groups created in Security. Shared just meant...both users have to have a user group they both log into. I have toyed around with creating an Analytics user group but just haven't had time to test this out and see what it does.
