First Time Members

Hi All, 

I need to report on how many of our members (we do flex packages) are 'first time buyers' i.e. no ticket package history prior to the package purchase. All data, including that imported prior to joining Tessitura, lives in 'Ticket/Package History'. 

We've been able to pull this data successfully in an extraction for single ticket buyers but struggling to replicate with members. Currently, for the 'inclusion' segment, we're using the following criteria for 'First Time Members':

Ticket History Performance Date <= [Report Date] [OR]
Package History Order Date <= [Report Date]

Notes:

• We're able to generate a list, but we keep finding members in the data segment that should be there. As we've noticed some are 'households', could the household function be an issue i.e. historical under individual account then current member data under household account. We then ticked the 'search household' chicklit in the list criteria, but its not helped. 
• Multiple price types - patrons are able to purchase as 'new' under multiple package prices, which makes it harder to filter by price type in T-Stats or Extraction Manager. 

Is anyone able to provide guidance? Or even an alternate method of sourcing the required data. Any help is greatly appreciated.
