I've noticed that the out-of-the-box version of the Revenue by Source and Appeal doesn't include costs from source groups that don't have successful sales/donations (even if there are costs assigned to that source). Is there a report parameter that would correct that, or would we need to customize the report to include those costs? If it's the latter, would anyone be willing to share their version of the report? As a fundraiser, I'm also interested in adding in CTRD and ROI, which the report doesn't calculate.
