I'm trying to adjust the canned season sales dashboard to work to monitor our Broadway sales. We have completed our rollover however, when try to use filters based on reserved ticket amount, I get no data return. I'm hitting a roadblock on figuring out how to adjust this dashboard to work the way I need it to. It works smashingly on paid sub tickets.

Hi Chris,
By default, Analytics excludes unfulfilled rollover orders. This can be changed using the T_DEFAULTS setting for Include Unfulfilled Rollovers, changing the value to YES.
PS. Please request a full load from RAMP in order for the orders to be included more immediately than waiting for your weekly full, if you'd rather not wait.

I had a full reload done last night after changing the T_DEFAULT to include unfulfilled rollover orders. I've added a widget to look at reserved and paid seats for the 1920 Broadway season and the only thing that populates is money in our Broadway deposit. It doesn't appear changing that default is allowing seated unpaid package orders to be recognized.
