If someone mistakenly marks a seat attended when stubs are being scanned, is there a way to fix that? We aren't set up yet for scanning tix when people enter the theater, so we have to manually do it with a handheld scanner when the show is over, and once in a while, errors are made.

Probably just saying something you already knew or else already know are not something you can do as an organization, but if you were to invest in using N-Scan, there are a number of ways the scanners can tell and will not scan in tickets that are not for the specific day/time/event/venue/etc... and that certainly would also solve the issue.

Enjoy when you get there. Make sure to learn about the N-Scan e-mail notifications. There is a decent chance your Development department will want to know about that.
