Hello! Does anyone already have a custom Performance Report that tallies the number of tickets, not the number of select constituents going to performance?
Hi Kate. It's not custom but does the Box Office Statement give you what you need? It might be a bit of overkill.
Thanks for your reply Heath. I should have stated that I have a list of constituents, they are our VIPs, and I pull this list to see how many VIP are coming to the performances. With the Box Office Statement it looks like I can't pull that list. But thanks again, I see a custom report coming my way :)
In that case would it be useful to pull the performance seating book by list. The number of seats are at the end

Two reports to try:
Performance Report (in the Development folder)
Attendance by Performance - if you pick all the attendance options it will be able to show you all the tickets purchased for a list of people

I was using the Performance Report in the Development folder and it only shows the number of constituents BUT it looks like the Attendance by Performance can be super helpful to me. This shows the total number of tickets purchased. Thanks so much, I am going to play around with this report. Cheers!
