This is my first time to use this but here goes.
I am using Alteryx to clean up the data from TDC so that we can use one set of scanners. My predecessor wrote the work flows in Alteryx and for some reason all of the tickets from 2 sections are not importing. She didn't have any tickets in these two sections so I had to put the "Import sections" in the tables and on the workflow I had to add those two sections. When I run the import it says: "Order 99 skipped. Seat data could not be matched for one or more rows. Order will be skipped." I don't know if anyone can help me but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

The data file from Alteryx needs to match exactly what is already in Tessitura. The sections that aren’t importing properly need be aliased in Alteryx to match what Tessitura is looking for. I built one part of the Alteryx workflow to do this for the previous sections that TDC sold for us. New ones wouldn’t be in there as I couldn’t anticipate how TDC might name them differently from how we had them identified in Tessitura. You will need to add those new sections to the Alteryx work flow 5 so that they import correctly. Call me if you need help.
