Hey there,
Has anyone figured out how to use Lists in analytics yet? Help isn't really helpful other than it tells me that they are comma delimited. I'm not really sure how I can populate a list into analytics for use.

Hi Chris, To filter by a List, add "Lists" to the filter pane, then go to the "Text" tab and enter the list number surrounded by commas. For instance, if you want to filter by List No 26, it should look like this:
In order to help us improve, can you confirm that you were looking at this help page? Or was it another one?
OMG John.....you rock! We have been trying to figure this out all day. LOL
I was looking in the actual help system:
Thanks! We'll work on making it easier to find.
Hi Chris,
The Tessitura Analytics help was outside of the v15 help for a little while, and still exists there, but has been moved into the main help system as well.

Good morning Chris,
One other thing that I learned through talking with support on a similar question was that if you create a new List and then try to reference it in an Analytics dashboard before the next data cube refresh, the List will probably not return any data because Analytics requires that next data load to happen before it knows that List is a thing.
Thank you,
Brian
If true, this is going to cause users problems based on existing TNew Assumptions.
John Jakovich or Chris Wallingford Would either of you be able to comment on the above point?
I should also specify that we're a RAMP user, so self-hosted folks might be able to address this by simply refreshing their data more frequently.
We are also on RAMP here at the Science Center.
Hello, This is correct. The Tessitura Lists are populated in the nightly data processing, which is different from T-Stats. We are working on improving this in an upcoming release.
