Silly question, in "my dashboards" for one group of users they have full action menu (add, share, edit etc) but for another group they have literally no actions. I can't remember where the rights were set. Can soneone remind me

This is adjusted in Security under File -> Security and then under security object look for Dashboard Role - Analytics. You can adjust add/delete/edit/view access there.

thanks, but i just saw that share dashboards are not editable. That was my problem
If someone wants to edit a dashboard, they have to duplicate it for themselves.
