Hello! We are trying to figure out how to pull email addresses from Tess that aren't on the General Tab. Sometimes when the email field on the General Tab is blank, there is an email on their Contact Details - Electronic Addresses. But when you pull the "User Defined Format from a List" report, no email is reported. Does anyone know how to pull that elusive, hidden email out?

Address Types and Purposes can be used to return a non-primary e-mail in List Manager and many reports, but this might only be useful if all those addresses are tidy and already set up the way you want them.
It might be worth going through records with non-primary e-mails only. Maybe make one list with just Primary Eaddress Flag IN Yes, then another list with List DOES NOT HAVE the first list and Primary Eaddress Flag IN No. Then go through the second list manually and add those stars to make them primary.
