My organization is implementing a more robust business continuity process and want to incorporate daily House Map Print and Performance Seating Book reports into our protocol.
We have several questions regarding automated report set-up:
How many performances can be selected per report?
Can multiple reports for separate shows be set-up by one user?
Can the reports be set to run daily or does the report have to be set-up each day for the next day's performance(s)?
Hi Samuel,
The number of performances depends on the report that you want to schedule- the House Map print is multi-select for performances but for the Performance Seating Book you can only select one performance.
A user can schedule as many reports as they want- it's usually recommended not to schedule them to generate at the exact same time though, so set them all to slightly different times.
You can definitely set them up to run daily. Just select the Daily schedule type and then make sure that the end date is whenever you want it to stop sending (e.g. day after performance/ end of season).
Hope that helps,Alison
I'd be happy to share the Business Continuity presentation I gave at the OINK Tug meeting in October 2017. It covers exactly what you're looking at and how we do it. Please message me with your email address if interested.

Thank you Sara.
