I'm trying to pull a list of all of our constituents who have renewed their Memberships with us, and are entitled to a free Tote Bag.
All of these constituents, when I was processing their contributions, were given the source number 36.
I've tried compiling a list of these constituents via List Manager, selecting "Contribution Source Number" = 36 as a Criteria for the list, however it pulls no results.
As a Tess newbie, should this be done in a different way? Perhaps through Campaigns or Appeals?
You have not said which version of Tessitura you are using. Version 12.5.1 and below use one way to create a list. Version 14 and above use a somewhat different way of setting up a list. Also, might you be able to share a picture of the list criteria screen with us showing your list?
