We have several reports that are not being sent on a regularly scheduled time because the file size seems to be to big. Is there a rule of thumb for this or has anyone experienced something similar? These are usually Excel or CSV reports. Thanks.
We encountered this problem when we upgraded to 14.1.3. Thankfully Stacey increased the threshold and we started programming reports to run after 4am with 10 minute intervals for each report. This seems to have resolved our problem.
