We have several reports that are not being sent on a regularly scheduled time because the file size seems to be to big. Is there a rule of thumb for this or has anyone experienced something similar? These are usually Excel or CSV reports. Thanks.
Austin, you should open a RAMP Support ticket so we can investigate further. It could certainly be an issue with the size of the report file or something else could be preventing the file from being saved. If it's just the size of the file, it may be possible to increase that threshold.
