Hi! I need a report that is the total opposite of the Development Performance Report. Instead of a list of attendees for a single performance, I need the list of performances for attendees. I have a list of donors and I would like to see a report that lists their performances. These donors have multiple seasons that they have tickets for, it would be swell if this report can pull multiple seasons. My main purpose for this report is to copy and paste their ticket information into monthly emails, so they can be reminded of the tickets they have.
Does this report already exist?
You could try the Constituent Profile report and select only the ticket history section and run it against your list of donors. You could also try running the Performance Report for the whole month and against your list, then saving it to excel and sorting by person.
Thanks Dorothy - I tried the Constituent Profile report and selected only the ticket history but that only gave me past performance, not future ones, but that is still an awesome trick! I didn't know you can select just certain aspects of that report. The sorting of the Performance Report is also working but not ideal, I see a custom report in my future :) Thanks again for your reply, most useful!
