I'm trying to use the Perf Summary by PT Detail report as a scheduled report, but it looks like it'll only let me set relative performance dates, not a static season-length perf date parameter. Does anyone have thoughts on a workaround, or another report to get essentially the same data? We need a report that will show both paid and reserved tickets for a particular season, including all performances within that season.

Any parameter that accepts relative dates will also accept an absolute date. You just have to type the date in yourself instead of using the dropdown.
I gave that a whirl, and it's giving me an error message saying my parameters are invalid. Screenshot here.
Have you tried it as '07/01/2018'? The report might need the date formatted in a very specific way.
That error message is saying specifically that parameter 6 is invalid, which is the "Historical Date" parameter, not visible on your screenshot.
Okay. Historical Date shows as an optional field, which is why I hadn't filled that in. I'll see if I can find the right setting for that. Thanks.
For optional dates in a scheduled report you'll need to delete the values so the field is blank, rather than the default "m/d/yyyy"
