Two questions:
a) does anyone have a method for differentiating aus v NZ postcodes (why are they the same format smh)
b) I heard of an auto complete add-on for the order entry survey so it forces staff to spell countries correctly / consistently through an auto-complete (e.g. UK instead of united kingdom or vice versa). If so are they able to share it?

I'm not sure there is a way, based on the postcode data alone.

I'm not aware of a free/share-able plugin for this. QAS/Experian is probably the most widely used; definitely not free.

Hmm, I don't think we were talking about the same thing. If TR_SURVEY_QUESTION will do what you want, that's great.
