A new item has been posted to the Shared Reports workspace in TASK.
Solution #372 is the Custom Order Email Confirmations Utility. This Infomaker utility has been provided courtesy of Shakespeare Theatre Company and sends order confirmation emails thru a report which is customized, and adds a copy of what was sent to research notes. This allows for complete customization, and data can be drawn from anywhere in Tessitura - such as local tables or inventory content. This can be done either in batch mode, or one at a time. The batch mode suppresses previously sent emails, the single mode doesn’t. The same procedure is also adapted for use via the web with only passing an order number.
