Hi everyone,
I've been puzzled in trying to report on renewal and acquisition info by membership level each month. (I should mention that in this process I've discovered that our NRR status hasn't been tagged in records appropriately). Does anyone do this now, and can tell me how they are getting this information out of Tessitura?
I'm going to cross-post in the membership forum, but thought this group would be equally important to ask!
