A new item has been posted to the Shared Reports workspace in TASK.
Solution #371 is the Create CSI Bulk Utility. This SSRS utility has been provided courtesy of Perot Museum of Nature and Science (adapted from previous solution #324, courtesy of McCarter Theatre) and is used to create customer service issues (CSIs) in bulk from a list.
While the Network does not endorse the accuracy of the utility, you are encouraged to test it and determine if it will work well at your site.
