Mass Adding CSIs

Greetings!

I have a large call list and am wanting to use CSIs to help track the calls. Is there a way to mass add CSIs? That would give me a place to start and report as I go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

There used to be a shared report that did this fundtion but it is no longer valid as I found out when I tried to have it added here. So talk to your IT/App Support folks – it is possible to create this utility. I’ve never understood why this is not standard – it should be on the enhancement list.
