Hello Tessiturians,
Looking for help in noodling out a revenue stats request made by our Marketing Department. I don't believe this issue can be resolved from a simple out of the box report, and I have to admit, I am not super savvy at TSTATS quite yet, so I appreciate any and all suggestions.
What I am seeking is how many tickets were exchanged during our current season, and if the exchange resulted in an upgrade to better seating, how much total revenue was gained from that upgrade. Any thoughts on how to go about formulating this report?

Hey Madeline, replying in Beth's place as I've taken over her position. We unfortunately have not found any particular solution to this question, but we honestly haven't been looking very hard at securing a solution. I'll be sure to post here if we find anything.
